Damson Beer Damson Beer is brewed in the style of a Belgian lambic beer. In this process, fruit is added to a fully-fermented bitter beer to start a secondary fermentation whichm results in a strong (7%abv) fruity beer with a natural bottle-conditioned sparkle.
It is available in cases of 20x33cl bottles.
