Sloe Gin Sloe Gin is a traditional winter warmer. It is made from the fruit of the blackthorn, a sort of small, very bitter plum.
The juice is mixed with gin and sugar to make a fruit liqueur with 25% alcohol by volume, which is available in our three standard bottle sizes
Drink it on its own (perhaps from a hipflask during a bracing winter walk), or mix it with tonic and ice for a longer refreshing drink. |  |
